Event Check-In

[CCS Foundation]

I'd like to find a template to start an event check-in database where I can
type in the attendees name and it will bring up everything I've added to his
record such as shirt size, golf handicap and/or average golf score. I work
for a non-profit and we hold a golf tournament every summer and this would
help a lot.

I know this would be so simple but I can't wrap my head around what I would
start with.
