How do I submit a OneNote Template please?

I know how to submit templates for my other Office products, but I cannot
figure out how I submit a OneNote template I've created.

I keep recieving the following error:
"It appears that this is not a supported file type. Please select a 2007
version of a Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or Publisher
document."

So, I am assuming that I'm saving it in the wrong format possibly?

The error says it must be a template for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or
Publisher. It appears they are not accepting templates for OneNote
templates.
