Is there a residential yard layout template available?

Hi,
I'm looking for a land layout template for Visio or Excel. I want to use it
for diagramming our house, underground cable, and trees. Just a simple
template would do great!

Of the two apps you've mentioened, the only one that makes sense using is
Visio. Even if they don't have the shapes you want, it's easy to create
them. I don't see how they could have a template. I'd be willing to bet that
a template that would work for my home would not work for yours.
